Delivery and refund policy

This page covers the rules buyers care about most after payment.

Delivery timing

Orders are delivered as soon as an admin is available. In normal cases, delivery is usually immediate, but exact timing is not guaranteed.

Buyers should watch their email and order chat because those are the channels used to confirm delivery details and keep the order moving.

Farm coordination

If the original farm details need to change, the delivery can be adjusted in the order chat. Delivery can be coordinated to one farm or multiple farms if needed.

The buyer is responsible for responding clearly in chat when delivery coordination is required.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment.

Refunds

Change-of-mind refunds are not allowed.

The only refund case is when Hay Trade is out of stock and cannot deliver the order, and the buyer does not want to wait for restocking or later fulfillment.

Communication

Buyers should use the order chat for delivery coordination. That chat is the primary place to resolve timing, farm details, and handoff issues.
