By creating an account or placing an order on Hay Trade, you agree to the rules below.
Service
Hay Trade sells manual in-game item bundles in packs of 10. Orders are reviewed by an admin and delivered manually after payment has been confirmed.
Product listings, prices, availability, delivery methods, and pack visibility can change at any time without notice.
Accounts
You are responsible for using a real email address that you control and for keeping your account details accurate.
Users may browse the site and place orders while unverified, but some account-recovery features remain restricted until the current email address has been verified.
If you change your email, the old and new address states are handled according to the verification flow shown inside your account page.
Orders and Payment
An order is treated as accepted only after successful payment. Pricing is shown per pack, and the final charged amount is the amount shown at checkout.
Buyers must provide enough delivery information for the admin to fulfill the order. If adjustments are needed, delivery details can be coordinated through the order chat.
After payment, buyers cannot cancel because they changed their mind.
Delivery
Delivery is handled as soon as an admin is available and is usually immediate, but exact timing is never guaranteed.
Hay Trade may communicate through order chat and email to complete the delivery. Buyers are expected to respond when additional coordination is needed.
Delivery can be coordinated to one or more farms if needed, as long as the order chat is used to confirm the arrangement clearly.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind purchases.
The only refund exception is when Hay Trade cannot deliver because stock is unavailable and the buyer does not want to wait.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Hay Trade, or use the service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Limits of Liability
Hay Trade is provided on an as-available basis. Delays, listing changes, temporary stock issues, or manual delivery interruptions do not create liability beyond the refund rule stated on this site.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts still apply.
